Chemetall Oakite changed its name to Chemetall

26 Jan 2009 - Effective January 1, 2009 the new legal entity name for Chemetall Oakite will be Chemetall US, Inc., doing business as Chemetall. The same applies to the Canadian subsidiary, whose official name will be Chemetall Canada, Limited.
 
"Customers around the world link Chemetall with quality, innovation and extraordinary technical services”, says Joris Merckx, President Surface Treatment at Chemetall. "One consistent name of our all our subsidiaries will strengthen our corporate brand and with it our image”, he commented.
 
No changes will be made to the Mexican and Brazilian entities, as these countries already operate their business under the name of Chemetall.
