Quality assurance: digital density meters recording up to five digits after the decimal point enable precise measurements of the density, relative density or concentration of aqueous solutions.

Thanks to a micro-mechanical measuring cell, the DS7400 and DS7500 models require only an extremely small sample volume of 80 μl. A built-in Peltier thermostat ensures precise temperature control and reproducibility.

The DS7800 and DS7900 models use the proven flexural resonator (oscillating U-tube) concept. Here, too, a Peltier thermostat has been integrated. The higher sample volume of 2 ml allows a higher viscosity measuring range.

An enclosed air-drying unit and a flexible-tube pump for sample introduction (manual introduction is also possible) extend the usability of the devices.

An intuitive-to-use touch screen makes set-up easy, and costly training is avoided. An internal SQL database manages the measurement results. These can be forwarded directly to the PC in HTML or Excel via RS-232, USB and Ethernet interfaces.

The robustness of the devices under everyday conditions and a price considerably lower than the normal industry rates enable cost-effective and long-lasting quality control.
